About
Matthew Riordan
Matthew Riordan is the CEO of EcoView Windows and Doors USA, a rapidly scaling force in the home improvement sector. Since launching the company in February 2024, his steady focus on growth has generated $6 million in monthly revenue for EcoView across 12 states, while also earning it an “A” rating from the Better Business Bureau. Under Matthew’s leadership, the company has invested in an ownership-driven approach, giving key members a personal stake in the business to ensure each project is treated with accountability and pride. It’s a model designed to strengthen teams, fuel rapid expansion, and deliver lasting results for customers.
His path was shaped by adaptability and a commitment to doing what others refused to do. After a childhood marked by constant change and diverse environments, Matthew sought structure in the United States Air Force. Those experiences sharpened his ability to navigate complexity and move forward under pressure, while also instilling a level of clarity that encouraged his return to education.
Following his military service, Matthew pursued a degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate, graduating from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His early career in real estate was influenced by habits that would later define his leadership style: early mornings, disciplined repetition, and a relentless focus on breaking his work down into scalable numbers. Within a year, he reached platinum status, then diamond. Within two years, he earned a reputation as one of the top listing agents in Arkansas.

Matthew’s ability to recognize patterns enabled him to see the cracks in the housing market before the 2008 crash, giving him the foresight to invest in short sales. He continued to refine his strategies and reevaluate his goals after every challenge, aligning himself with the vision and people he needed to push forward. That same mindset guided him through some soul-searching and hard lessons, experiences that eventually led him to master the art of home improvement sales and operations.
Today, Matthew’s mission is to help others succeed. But for him, that outcome is not about luck. It’s about stepping outside his comfort zone, executing with discipline, and controlling the inputs to build a reliably engineered outcome.
